In order to ensure that our wonderful vendors and exhibitors have the best time, we have compiled the necessary information below! About the Space
Our Vendor and Exhibitors will be housed in Barnard Hall where Zora herself took courses. Located in Barnard Hall’s First Floor LeFrak Center Lobby directly across from the campus’s main entrance gates, and housing the majority of summit breakout sessions, this space will receive one of the largest amount of traffic from our attendees. The space will also be visible from the outside as the specific vendor space will be where the individual seats are currently located on either side of the main entrance. Size & Weight Limitations:
Packages must not exceed 50 lbs per item.
Dimensional size limit: 48 inches x 36 inches x 24 inches.
If your materials exceed these limitations, please contact our team in advance at abryson@barnard.edu to coordinate special arrangements.
Shipping Dates:
Early Arrival: Packages must arrive no earlier than January 27, 2025.

Set-Up & Breakdown Information
Set-Up Times:

Set Up Time: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Breakdown Times:
Date: January 30, 2025 and February 1, 2025
Break Down Time: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
All vendors and exhibitors are required to vacate their assigned spaces by the end of the breakdown period each day. Barnard College assumes no responsibility for items lost or stolen outside of breakdown time.
Exhibit Space Guidelines
Standard Booth Dimensions: 6ft
Tables and chairs are provided. Additional furnishings or equipment must be supplied by the vendor.
Electrical outlets and Barnard Guest Wi-Fi access are available upon request.
Please note that all displays and materials must comply with fire and safety codes.
